trim tab question

i have trim tabs on my boat but for some reason only one side is working ill push the button and i hear the motor but nothing happens and on the side thats working it makes the same noise from the trim motor but it actually works. any help is appreciated thanks!!

This is for Bennet system
The pump unit has 2 solenoids, 1 for each tab. when you push the button(s) to lower the tabs the solenoids open and oil is pumped out to the tabs, for raising the tabs the button(s) also open the solenoids and the tabs return using spring pressure
