Well I'm at another stone wall. My engine still want stay trimmed up under load. Could the emergency release plastic screw in valve or what ever is called possibly have something to do with this problem? The o-rings look good and I did replace them with the new Merc. ones in the repair kit. I checked all the one way checks in the piston , (5 of the suckers) and they all looked fine. There was also 1 that checked in the oppisite direction and from what I could tell it looked OK. I guess I'm about ready to throw up my hands, give up and take it to a Merc. Dealer. I just hate like the devil to pay those guys to go through and check the same things I have already done. Anybody got any ideas that might help?
