trim/tilt hose leaking

Hello all,
I have a 1978 Mercury 80hp with a trim/tilt system in it (stock I believe), the problem is that one of the hoses is leaking fluid, does anybody out there knows the sizes or model of this hoses? From what I see there is two different sizes going to each cylinder. How would I go about finding the hose that I need. My hoses go from inside the transom to the outside of the boat. Thanks for the help

Go to the Merc Dealer, or punch up www.dougrussell.com and look up the part num. Now do a google search on the P/N
