trim tilt install on 79 evinrude.....help?

hey guys got a used tilt trim unit on e bay... trying to iron out the details before it arrives...how difficult is it to install unit into motor bracket? will it be easier to do on the ground or when the motor is hanging on the transom? also i need a realy setup for this....correct? i saw this one on ebay it says its universal, is this what i need? thanks a lot guys.

The ebay item is only a T&T relay,not a complete T&T. Seller said no return, if you buy from from CDI, or CDI dealer it will a warranty.

i know it is just the relay...i have a t&t unit coming in the mail now. i got the information to figure out what unit i needed now im trying to figure out the rest. so, that said, would this relay work for my application? also, do you know where i can find a switch for the t&t that will work? thanks
