I've got a 1991-150hp force with leakdown on both tilt -trim pin valve or needle valve inside the big valve you take out with a allen wrench how do I get to the little ones inside plz. help

The end of the valve that goes inside the pump body is an aluminum cap. remove the o-ring, use a screwdrive, with rag wraped around tip, insert tip in groove where o-ring was located, keep twisting to remove cap. Boiling hot water on the valve will help. DONOT use flame, it will ruin spring.
