Trim/Tilt Oil Leak

I have a new 2012 Yamaha 150 4 stroke, 7 hours on it. I noticed a small oil stain on my garage floor that appears to be from power trim/tilt. I have my engine approximately 3/4 down during storage due to space. Would this be normal for brand new engine? Is it temporary? Should my engine be all the way down/up?

Not normal. Wipe your finger around each of the three rams and see which one is leaking. Be advised that under Yamaha warranty, seals are only warrantied for one year.
