Trim / Tilt Senders Problem on Bravo 2

Hi All,

I have a problem with my Mercruiser Bravo 2 Tilt / Trim senders. They are becoming loose and lose the adjustment. I tried to change the spring loaded washers but it did not help. This never happened before. It stared occuring after I changed my old senders with new Mercruiser Original senders. Any help on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the little tab type washer under the screws, if not they can move.
If the sender itself is not moving but seems to be an internal problem, I would suspect the hinge pin is loose. Check it first.
