Re: trim tilt won't lift

If you can hear the pump running but it doesn't go up?,

try bleeding the system.

Find the manual release valve, (port side of bracket)
loosen it (its very tight),
back it out and slowly lift the leg by hand,
lock the leg up and top up the fluid.
Lock release valve (very tight) and cycle it up and down.
If it won't go, release manual valve and do it by hand a couple time , that bleeds the hydraulic system of air, top fluid up again.
Lock valve and test again.
The manual release valve is approx 45lbs torque so a little screwdriver is not gonna do it. Big screwdriver with a wrench on the shaft (square shaft).
Or an impact driver and hammer.

Ok, then just get into the relay plugs with a meter, test the good one to find the v first. Likely to be a bad wire someplace.
Anywhere a wire has to move is a likely failure, hinge pivot point etc.
