Having trouble with my trim on my 68 OMC Stringer. When I try to put it down the screwjack spins clockwise but it doesn't go anywhere just spins in place. When I push it up the solenoid just clicks I think that is because it is all the way up already. Is there a bolt in the housing on the bottom that screwjack is supposed to thread through that might be stripped or broken??????
