When the motor is trailered should the motor be stored with the trim up or down? It seems like its under pressure in the down position?

Thanks

Re: Trim up or down?

Right now, I have mine up. My boat is ready to go to the lake at a moments notice whenever i have the urge. During the winter I keep the motor down to let the water drain out of it so it doesnt' freeze. It gets a little chilly here in western New York.

I do the same thing Rick does. Up, so that it doesn't hit my driveway on the way to the lake, down for long term (winter) storage.
