trim won't raise to take boat home

My trim won't raise the motor up on my 1989 Mariner 115, what can i do to raise the motor manually? Is there a hydraulic hose i can disconnect to drain the fluid that allows me to lift motor up? If so which one and how do i do it?

Do you know where your relays are ? you could manually short them with wire, if that doesn't/not happy to try work then I believe loosening (not removing) one of the scews on the side of the pump on the transom will allow you to lift it (not the filling one if I recall)
