When I lift my trim all the way up(lets say its on the drive-way), the next day the motor has dripped just about all the way down? Anyone? I've checked for Hydraulic leaks and can't find anything.

Check the manual release. If it's tight, it's rebuild time.

You did not identify what kind of trim, however they all have some sort of piston seal. If it leaks, the motor can drop down.
