Trolling motor help

I have a minn kota 12 v 55 lb thrust with no power. Its only 4 years old the prop is clean and battery is fully charged. What else can I check?

Please define "no power."

The motor runs on all speeds but very slow. Took it a part and found water somehow got behind the O rings. Going to take it to work and let the electricians take a look at it. Let you know if its shot or not.
