Trolling Motor seems pooped out...

I have a 52lb 12V GW on my skiff. The last several trips I have noticed that the motor doesn't seem to have the same oomph like it use to... I replaced the battery. It's a West Marine (Denka sp?) Group 31 Deep Cycle. But that didn't seem to help. I have a three stage charger and according to it it's getting a full charge. I even had the battery load tested and was in perfect condition. So the battery is out of the loop. I checked the plug and aside from the normal light corrosion it looks fine. I cleaned it with no improvement. The motor will run all day long without a problem. I have not noticed it getting warm and it doesn't pop my circuit breaker. I've checked the shaft for fishing line and I have installed a new prop. So I'm wondering if it's something wrong with the motor or controller. Is there anything I can look for or should I bite the bullet and take it in somewhere? Also does anyone know if there are schematics or diagrams available online that I can look at? Also it looks like after removing the prop there are 2 screws that will allow access to the motor head. Does anyone know if there are any gaskets or seals on that that might rip if I decide to take a look in there? Thanks in advance for any help!

Cheers
Jan
