Has anyone on here ever ordered from trollingmotorparts.com? I was looking for some parts for an older motor guide and couldn't find the parts on iboats and motorguide lost track of some of the part numbers when they were aquired by mercury a few years ago. When searching the internet, I found this site, found my parts, and placed my order. This was over two weeks ago, I still haven't received my order, and I can't get a response via e-mail and their phone numbers just ring and ring. I don't want to create an opinion on the company based on a single incident, so I'm just wondering if anyone has used them before. They have a decent selection of parts, but if this is standard procedure for them ,then I'll have to look elsewhere for my parts.

My intention is not be making bad comments about the company as I fully understand that sometimes things happen, I just want to know if this is just a singe incident or not.

I forgot to mention. I did see a lot of mentions of this site on iboats forums, but couldn't tell if people had ordered from them or if they just found the same site I did by searching the web.
