Trophy CC in waves?

I'm looking at a 19' center console Bayliner Trophy, 80's model. I'm wondering how much water comes aboard in 2-3' swells and how it handles in windy chop, is this a safe and stable boat. Also what is the minimum speed this hull requires to get on plane?
