Re: trophy seats

Hey Jeremy,

I have a 2000 1903 and I have the same problem (except I let them blow out the back while trailering). I haven't been able to find any but hope someone will answer this thread with a solution. I am currently making a couple out of 3/4" plywood with some kind of cushion on top.

I'm pretty sure I could make the Starboard wood bases, but I will need a picture of the hardware that is attached to the seat.Anyone got a picture of the seat base?

Re: trophy seats

Thanks Craig for the reply. These seats are flat, reinforced cushions that rest on a ledge on the motor well side and have a tab that fits into a slot on the gunnel side. I have planned to cut a piece of 3/4" plywood to fit, varnish and then glue some type of cushion to the top. They are good to have at times if you have more than 3 or 4 people in the boat but can get in the way otherwise. It would be nice to have the original equipment.
