trouble finding carb rebuild kits parts number

Please excuse my ignorance. I have a 1974 70 hp Evinrude model # 70473-M and Im not sure of the parts # for a carb rebuild kit or impeller. There are several choices and Im not sure which one is best.

Please excuse me, I found the carb repair kits. With a motor that has been stored for 5 years......do I get the kit that comes with or without the float kit?

Oops! I forgot to add another question. I have a 1977 70hp Evinrude also. Can I replace the 1974 carbs with newer 77's? Thank you.
