Need help.... I have replaced the o-rings in the tilt cyl... filled with oil... cannot get the cyl to work up or down. The two cyl at the bottom(trim ??) do go in and out but the upright cyl (tilt cyl) does not move. Note : I have the motor disconnected from the eye bolt and is tipped over out of the way.<br />Is there a proper procedure to fill and purge the air from the system????<br />Thanks for your help....I really need it.
