Trouble removing hydraulic trim 50hp evinrude

There is some type of collar that holds this hydraulic arm onto the engine. I cant figure out how to get it out. Pictures are below.

Model number and year would help us look up the diagrams.

And if you could point to the offending part in the pic....

These things are like 5 dimensional rubiks cubes without the factory book.
