Trouble with Pm's and subscriptions

Is anyone else having trouble sending a PM or subscribing to posts. I am new here and a registered user. I am able to post replies and start new threads but cant subscribe or send PM's
Please Help me

You still can send a PM. It's just that the automatic feature does not work.

Go to the PM area.
Select "send PM".
Type in the recipient name.

I will report the subscribe issues.
