1988 Evenrude 20 hp. just replaced all the internal o-rings in the tilt cyl. filled with fluid .... motor and pump seems to work.... will not raise the engine.<br /><br />Do I need to bleed the lines???? Sholud the slotted pluge on the left side{not the fill plug} be tight or turned a certain number of turns?<br /><br />Hope you can help this old farmer.... Thanks
