truck camshaft

going to install 350 vortec engine from 1999 chevy truck into my 23 foot cutty, Is truck camshaft OK or shouls I use marine? cam. besides installing marine water pump,core plugs and electrical items is there anything else to make it marine worthy? If truck cam is NG please give advise for aftermarket cam, not looking for performance

Marine head gaskets of raw water cooled. As mentioned truck cam is fine
