Well....considering Enid Blyton was more than a little racist I'm not sure we've lost much. Here's a quote from a book (The Three Gollywogs) she wrote that was 'alongside' the Noddy books...<br /><br />Once the three bold golliwogs, Golly, Woggie, and Nigger, decided to go for a walk to Bumble-Bee Common. I never read the three Gollywogs as a kid, the only gollywog to which i was aware of was on a jam jar. Being somewhere around 4 to 5 years old, Back then Noddy was one of my heros.
