Trying to find a new prop for my 60ESL71C

All,

I am in need of some assistance, I am trying to find a new prop for my outboard. I have looked around and m not sure in what exactly I need I know I want either a 4 blade 12 3/4 X 17 or a 3 blade 13 1/4 X 17. However I see 2 different types of each model, one that requires a hub kit and one that does not. I am not sure which one I need.

if I go with this one do I need the thrust wahser also? Or can I just reuse the original?
