Trying to find Original Paint Codes

I purchased a 1979 Lund Mr. Pike 16' that I want to get some paint on after this fishing season and was wondering if anyone has a good method for finding the original paint codes for this boat. Any steer in the right direction would be great. Thanks!!

Boats are not like cars and there are no paint codes to be found. Call Lund and see if they maintained records from 1979

If you dont get anywhere with Lund..you can try your local Auto Body Repair Supplier.

Some of them have a cool digital camera that will give them a fairly good mix code for your color.

Worth a try.
