With the end of boating season in the horizon, I am starting to plan on doing up my toons for next year. I know the sharkhide products are very popular, but I am wondering if anybody has used the Toon Brite sealer. I have used the cleaner but not the sealer, can anybody tell me of their experiances?

Re: Tube cleaning/polishing/sealing

It is not nearly the product that Sharkhide is. It is much thicker and much more difficult to apply. As for longevity of the Toon Brite, I can't say. I can attest that Sharkhide goes on quickly and easily, drys almost instantly and last for years. The logs on my toon look nearly as good as the day I bought it thanks to Sharkhide. I have 3/4 of a gallon of Toon Brite still sitting in my garage from 2 years ago. Just didn't work out.
