Tune up question Mercrusier Alpha 1

I am pretty good on working on thigs car, jet ski snowmobiles. I just bought a 1990 carver santego with 4.3 LX/V6 alpha 1 and want to give them a tune up. What is all done for a tune up on a marine engine?

If not I was going to hire a mechanic to come out and show me.

Ayuh,...

Head right up to the Adults Only section at the top of the I/O forum,+ Have a Look...
There's a Gold Mine of Info there,.. Including the Factory service manuals for your motor,+ drive...

If you read thru the Winterization thread,+ the Summerization thread,..
You'll know All of the annual maintanance that needs doing on your boat...

When it was named FAQ no one payed attention, once I named it Adults Only, a lot more people ventured in to see what was there, only to find answers to find lots of FAQ answers.
Very few failed to look BECAUSE it said Adults only.
Also seems that there are so many people that just avoid a sticky at all costs.
