Quick question which has me a bit puzzled and confused.......

Delivered my old boat to it's new owners yesterday. Gave them an old (but superb running) British Seagull engine as a back up to the big donkey on the back.

Went into the house and got the large wad of greening folding beer vouchers! Came back out and their kids had turned the small engine upside down and left it balancing on its flywheel.

Anybody got any ideas as to whether this will cause any damage/problems with the engine?

Nah!
British Seagull will run just as smooth upside down and under water.

The Brits used them in the last war to power their submarines.
