I have a 73 Johnson 65hp and I have been running 17 pitch Turningpoint on it for years without problems. I decided to get a 15 pitch Turningpoint for when we go tubing just to help with getting the boat moving. With the new 15 the boat struggles to get out of its own way with out a heavy load. The blades are thicker and wider than my older 17 pitch props. The worst part is my WOT RPM has dropped drastically. Is there a difference in props between 2 and 4 stroke motors? I am just hoping I didn't make a 100 dollar mistake.
