Twin 15' Yamaha F150s trying to sync trim speed???

Hey guys want to say first thanks ahead of time

I have twin Yamaha 150s with square analog garages

I have tried trim set zero over and over
I have adjusted the cams for trim senders and it's all changes like it should.... the issue I have is since day one they don't show synced on the gauges

If I trim 1/2 way up they are both 1/2 way but one gauge will show out the water and one shows the 1/2

The right side trim sender I barely move with the cam manually and it goes up and down on the gauge very fast up with very like movement

The left side trim sender when I use the cam to adjust I move preety good bit to see movement on the gauges

I have tried every thing I can find online:/


It's like the right side is move sensitive then the left because they do move in sync, just not the gauges ???

Boat is not dirty neither and they are lubed good

you can always swap the 2 to see if the problem follows the sender.
if it does one may have a problem

just need to figure out which one.

If it does not follow then it has to be wiring or something else

Their a pita to swap I beleive

Didn't know if any thing else I can try or I may be doing wrong?

Just seems a minor adjust on the right goes like 6 notches when the left goes 1 with the same adjustment
