I am looking to perhaps close a deal tomorrow on a 22' dual console boat that has them. Other than listening to them run (i cannot sea trial them) and witnessing a compression check, what should I look for? What are the pros and cons of that model year? <br /><br />No hour meter, salt water use. I have looked through the records, looks like they have just had normal maintenance and minor repairs, in the last few years anyway. <br /><br />Can anyone tell me what the range the compression in each cylinder that is acceptable?<br /><br />Any things I should look into as soon as I get them, updates, etc. or just a large bank account and a big tool box!
