Two different powerpacks? Evinrude88

I have recently got a evinrude 88 and after running it discovered only two cylinders were working. I swapped the power packs and the nonsparking cylinders started to work. I noticed that there were two different powerpacks on the motor. I ordered the same part number of the one that was working. When it came in the plugs were different but it was suppose to be a replacement for the 113-2811. The part number of the working powerpack is 113-2811. The non working factory pack is 583110. Does anyone know how to find out if it is ok to keep using the 113-2811 or what motor it is made for?

Turns out the powerpack was mislabled from cdi. They put the wrong sticker on it.
