Two Dumb Paint Questions

I'm starting to spot prime all of the spots that were repaired with a two part epoxy primer.The first dumb question is the can says to mix both parts together, then wait 20 minutes. It does'nt say un-covered or covered, it explains everything else though. The second question: will I be able to use the same two part reducer/thinner for brightcote. I think the can says you can't.

For your question on induction time...mix ..cover with a rag so no dust/contaminants get in your bucket then reduce..

For your second question..if the can says No..then..err.. Dont .

My primers and topcoats have 2 totally different reducers and I would Never intermix them..
