TWO line fuel sys.

I just got a 1955 johnson 10 that looks like it takes an old Two line fuel sys. Can these parts be purchesed from I-boats or elsewhere.What is the second line for. Can this be converted to newer style single line. The motor is a rare find but I cant hook up any fuel. Did these take an old pressureised tank. Thanks for some help

Yes, two line fuel line can still be purchased. Check out Ebay Motors if you need the tank (pressurized) and/or fittings. One line is for the fuel and the other is for air. The motor can be changed over to a "regular" fuel pump with a single fuel line. Try a "search" on this site. I'm sure there has been some questions asked on this subject.
