two wood pulley 12mm

Hello,
I take again an old small sailing ship out of wooden of wife's family (located in france/noirmoutiers), two pulleys are broken they are 12mm. You can advise me, IE quality/price?
I find this site, but I don't know their products ? http://www.nantaise-de-poulies.com/
it's in France. What think about it? Do you know or using their products ?

If you want to restore have them made at a wood working shop

If you want it to work i would find a modern replacement and install it
