u-joint subsitution

it's time to replace my tired old sloppy u-joints. Now i've looked at the price for merc replacements and, well lets just say the prices leave a bit to be desired as far as a pair of u-joints go. i've got a 140 with an old type 1 drive I beleave they call it, well pre-alpha anyways. Now is there an automotive equivalant, because 8 bucks is soooo much nicer than 30 or 40.

Yes you can get them at your autoparts store. You have to measure them to get the correct ones. However if your doing the job you should think about doing a little more.. Check this out..<br /><br /> web page
