Uh oh! Broke my Fast Idle Lever..

My throttle cables are rather stiff, and i went to start it and i pushed the fast idle lever a little too hard and it snapped off. Does anyone know where i could get one? Perferably on Iboats. And am i better off trying to regrease my throttle cables or just getting new ones? Thanks

Btw it is a 1986 evinrude 70hp

replace cables, and look for a donor control on ebay. expensive. post picture of you control, someone may have what you need.

Im going to try JB Weld and get new cables. hopefully should work.
