Under floor fuel tank

So, I'm looking at adding an underfloor fuel tank and found these two.<br /><br /> Cheaper one<br /><br /> More expensive one <br /><br />Aside from the dimensions, why the price difference?<br /><br />Not sure yet what dimensions I need (as I'm not decided where it's going), but this seems a big difference in price. Is there a quality issue?

I didn't read the descriptions, but there is obviously something different about the two. It is not uncommon for manufacturers to use the same picture for two very similar products so don't go by that. I suspect there is a material, and/or material thickness difference in these two tanks to justify the higher price. Perhaps one includes a mounting kit and the other doesn't.
