Unidentified Clinton Outboard?

I just recently acquired an older outboard that is in reasonably good condition. However, the motor has been painted camoflage at one time, and is missing the plate with the serial number and model number. I dug into the motor down to the points, where it says Clinton. I know Clinton made motors for various outboard companys. By the style of the outboard, I would say it is a 70's model. It does not have a built in gas tank, and is a single cylinder. The external fitting for a gas line is circular, with a male 'pin' in the center. (I am not familiar with this fuel hookup). Is there any other way to find out more about this outboard, or the engine? Where do I look?

I believe the fuel connector is called a Chrysler connector.you might be able to pin down the model some by the spark plug number and/or the bore and stroke.
