unidentified evinrude

I was hoping sombody may be able to date/age a 15 hp evinrude I am trying to get running. It has the no. BE15BALCOB printed on it.If anyone can suggest a manual, that included part numbers, that would suit someone with no experience of outboards that would also be really helpful.
