Mounting a normal trolling motor to the front of my basstracker
I hate those Motorguide Isolating Bolts. They never last. I have access underneath my Trolling motor thank God.
I can't find quite the right size rubber washer I need without paying $20-30 for 6.
Any issues 3D printing a rectangular washer out of polycarbonate? This would not only be more cost effective for me but just neat. Just wanted to make sure I'm not missing any other purposes of the original design.
Planned on using stainless flanged bolts, poly washers, stainless flat washer underneath the plywood where this is mounting, and then a stainless flanged locking nut. What do ya think?
