Got it on a parts trade, neat little motor and would like to get it running. Issue- seems like it's missing something or a mount in the leg is broken. I can grab the lower cowl at the front and move it by hand and it appears as if the powerhead base (where is bolts to the exhaust housing) is staying stationary while the lower cowl is moving, is this normal??? Noticed where the throttle control comes through the cowl it's just a big hole, when I move the lower cowl it could potentially rub against the throttle control bar coming in from the twist tiller handle.
