I just wanted to thank every one for your help and advice!! I did decide to have her fixed with a used housing that is identical to my busted up one, thanks for helping to identify the lower, year of boat and alpha one wasn't matching but we got past that with all your help to identify it. He did use all of my internal parts of the origanal, says every thing looked fine, it does have new gaskets, seals, O-rings etc...it cost $560.00, I also put on a good used aluminum prop too $95.00 19p. had her out yesterday after we picked her up and had a great day, she runs great after adjusting the choke, the linkage andhad to replace the electric fuel pump while on the water too but all in all it was a great day, didn't leave until 8:45pm
