update on 9.9-no full throttle

did cylinder test and motor will stay running on either cyl, one seams to run a little weaker then the other, reset slow speed mix screw and will idle smooth with throttle closed, now going to remove carb and soak overnight in cleaner, any more help would be appreciated,thanks

-what happens at full throttle?
-does squeezing the primer help at full throttle?
-is the fuel filter clean?

it a 1995 -EI0EIEIOO, squeezing bulb does not help, where is the fuel filter, and what i found is that if you close the choke a bit there is one sweet spot where the motor will run smooth at full throttle,thanks

the fuel filter resides under the black cover on the fuel pump.

Be sure to check the plastic top cover on the carb for CRACKS.

if you meen the fuel screen i have compleatly removed the pump and cleaned it including the screen,did also remove carb and compleatly inspected and i didnt see any cracks, but now that iam going to soak carb overnight i will check again, thanks again

+1 w/carb cover crack. Also, run a thin wire through the high speed jet. Partially clogged main jet will act as you describe (needing choke to run better). Good luck!

thats also what i was thinking, after done soaking and blowing out, running wire thru all passages, then blo out again, thanks, and i will post results

I wouldn't soak the float, cover or roller overnight.....
