I found the "unofficial" website that the gal in my office used to get a list of soldiers who appreciate a penpal or email pal. It was established by a soldier's mom who wanted to let our troops know they haven't been forgotten over there. She has also organized a successful "care package" program which is a big hit (read the attached link):<br /><br /> Adopt A Soldier <br /><br />Anything any of you can do (email, mail, etc.) will be a great boost to our troops morale.
