Well We boat a new to us boat last year 1994 chap open bow. This is in mint condition...well it was until I forgot to tie down the boat cover. The cover blew off the front of the boat and the local birds made a few messes in there with their yearly wild beery dropings. Well I tried and tried to get the purple stains out but I cant get them completely clean. My wife is absoulutley furious with me and wants them clean. Is there a "magic potion" out there that will penetrate these stains or am I sol??? Thanks in advance.:(

The area is white but there are a few spots on the light blue as well. I tried bleach on the white and it made it a lot less noticeable but the blue is still there. I did try the magic eraser as well. Thanks though.

Ouch that sucks.

Clean it, leave it in the sun, clean it again, leave it in the sun. UV tends to be a pretty good "bleach". Berry bird poop is the worst.

Thats about where I was heading. I figured a few runs out in the blistering sun this year will get it right out. Just have to listen to the wife about how I should have made sure the ropes were tied down. The way I see it is her fault. I have been wanting to cut down the dang malbeery tree for years. But it has been in her family for generations. Oh well men never win with their wives.
