Hello Guys Guys!

Just checking my lower unit yesterday and found this "stream" coming out from the upper shift shaft or "shoe". Can anyone tell me if this is normal or what part or o-ring have to be changed? First time I seen something like this one on my 2nd In/Out engine. Im more like outboards than in/out.
Need to admit that I change the impeller kit last week but fully forget to change the o-ring of the carrier assembly, the one below the impeller ...... bummer

Any info as always appreciate it

BIG THANKS
