Upper shift shaft washer

Hello ive Found 2 washers in my box, which one has the right thickness according to OEM ? Can anyone measure it for me pls?

Ok Found the thickness is .030 so the left one 😬😬 have a great day

Not knowing which drive, just go to a place like mercruiser parts or Mercury site and look up the drive. Then find the part. In most cases (not all) the parts will be listed with dimensions

Is the one on the left metal ? It is a plastic washer. You can easily figure this out by assembling it. There is very little room between lever and bellhousing because the pin sits on the shaft in a fixed location. when it is all together if the washer is too thick it will bind up and the shaft will not swivel easily.
