Urgent, help with finding part .....

Hi, I need help finding the part number for a "adapter plate, it is made of cast metal " for my '99 johnson 90Hp ( J90PLEEB).

It is the plate between the powerhead and the lower part (exhaust housing) it is about 1/3 inch thick and has a gasket on top for the powerhead and at the bottom for exhaust housing.

I have looked on the BRP site but can only find gasket not the plate.

Any help welcome .....

it seems that the part I am looking for is attached to the inner housing, so I will need the complete part... ( around 500$) pfft.

can somebody tell me please if this is so ?

I found that any major auto part store will have the part or have access to getting the part for you.

if you go to the Johnson/Bombadier website and click on parts (forward you to evinrude website) then click on Engine Diagrams, you'll get to the BRP parts catalogue. you can't order parts from them that I have noticed, but they do have engine diagrams that list all OEM part number.

HUH ? an auto part store ? from what I can see on parts catalog it is one part (n° 0343612 ) but I am looking for confirmation....

Or where I can get a good used one...

Yes I still need this part since I would prefer a part without compounds on it to smoothen the corrosion spots in it.

I fould an Exhaust Housing from a 1999 Evinrude 115 HP but am not sure it will fit my engine.

There is anj adapter plate like that (part 342383) on the 1999 105HP. Look at the parts diagram.

Yes any major auto parts store will suply many marine parts. Or can order any part as long as they have the part number.
